CAPMAN is used to monitor and control contracts let by Defence with a combined annual expenditure of many hundreds of million dollars. It:
- provides realtime performance monitoring and reports for around 10,000 KPIs nationally
- manages the health, risk and reward or performance based bonus payments for more than 15 national contracts.
This web-based management application is available to over 60,000 desktops nationally.
